The Bigger Printing Company has just helped The Warehouse Climbing Centre, Gloucester, re-brand their site by producing and installing a significant volume of new displays.
The Warehouse is Gloucester’s premier indoor climbing facility. Based inside a transformed Victorian building, The Warehouse offers wall climbing for every skill level from beginner to advanced, as well as a specially designed bouldering area. A climbing shop, café and kids zone is also on site.
As part of the new re-brand, The Warehouse required new external and internal signage, new displays inside the centre, as well as internal and external hanging banners to replace the previous branding.
Internal displays consisted of window graphics printed onto vinyl and applied to the windows, as well as cast vinyl being used for intricate cut text elements. The centre has a stairwell allowing the public to visit all 5 floors, and huge PVC banners were produced and hung in-between each floor to advertise a different style of climbing. Portable internal display such as roll-up banners and free-standing shape-cut displays were also produced. The portable displays were designed to provide the climbing instructors with freedom on where the displays could be positioned, and which floor they would be utilised on.
External displays included hanging PVC banners positioned at the entrance of the building, highlighting exactly where the doors are. 3mm composite and foamex was used to advertise certain facilities within the centre, and vinyl was used for printed window displays, helping to block out the view from outside into certain areas.
