Following on from the success of the recent project in which The Bigger Printing Company helped Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park open the Animal Barn, Bigger Printing has been busy helping the park get ready for Halloween.
In early October, Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park called upon Bigger Printing to help create ‘Halloween Land’ which is open from Saturday 14th October – Sunday 29th October. Halloween Land offers a range of activities and events including Picking Your Own Pumpkin, the Spooky Woodland Trail, Face Painting, the Witches and Wizards Workshop, and the Spooky Scarecrow Maize Maize.
Ahead of Halloween Land opening, Bigger Printing produced a range of printed displays including a large welcome sign, directional signage, and a large interactive free-standing display.
Most of these displays were produced on aluminium composite which is an extremely robust material perfect of external events. Both the inks used, and the material is fully waterproof, very rigid so can withstand high wind, and general wear and tear which could happen at large events.
The large interactive display was produced using 10mm PVC high, which was cut-to-shape to remove the faces of the scarecrows in the design, allowing both adults and children to put their faces through the display - perfect for family photo opportunities. Bigger Printing used its digital cutting technology to remove the faces of the scarecrows in order to create a very smooth surface for people to rest their heads against. The whole display is fixed onto a wooden support, and supported by some scaffolding to ensure it is very safe for an event with a high-volume of footfall.
