Last week, Bam Life, the industry leading organic milk drinks producer exhibited at the National Convenience Show in the NEC, and next month they will be exhibiting at the Balance Festival in London. Ahead of attending both of these exhibitions, Bam Life approached The Bigger Printing Company in order to design and produce an exhibition stand which would be reusable, and flexible enough to accommodate different floor plans at the different exhibition venues.
Bam Life is the first choice of the health-conscious milk consumer who know that what you put in is what you get out. All of the Bam Life drinks are, all natural milk drinks, free from refined sugar, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
The National Convenience Show is the must-attend annual event for all owners and buyers from the convenience market, bringing together over 1,500 innovative brands under one roof over 3 days. The National Convenience Show is headline show over the 3 days which also includes the Farm Shop Deli Show and the Ingredients Show. The Balance Festival is the UK’s largest celebration of the fitness and wellness scene. The Festival explores delicious healthy foods and drinks, cutting-edge fitness classes, and tips from leading industry figures.
In order to create a reusable, flexible exhibition stand which could be easily used at both shows, Bigger Printing designed the stands using the Twist Display system. The Twist display system is a modular system, which can be added to as required, or made smaller if required. Bigger Printing advised Bam Life on how to design two stands in one; focusing on how panels could be interchanged, replaced, added or removed if required, allowing the stand to not only work for these two shows, but future shows too.
Before production commenced on the exhibition stand, Bigger Printing produced 3D renders of the exhibition stand in different configurations, helping the design team at Bam Life visualise the stand being used in different configurations.
Each panel in the Twist system is 1 metre wide by 2 metres tall, and several ‘flexi-panels’ were produced, allowing the stand to bend and change shape as required. The design of the stand has been carefully planned – not only does this design allow various panels to be removed or added, but a TV monitor has also been incorporated, providing movement into the stand. Many panels contain the Bam Life logo, allowing individual panels to be used independently (instead of roll-up banners), providing even more flexibility for Bam Life.
Commenting on the project, Bam Life Marketing Manager Larissa Knopp “The team at Bigger Printing were extremely helpful from start to finish, offering me a cost effective and compact solution for my trade show needs. I required a versatile stand that I can use throughout the year at a range of events, whilst highlighting our brand image and still giving us further scope for changes in the future.
The team have really taken the stress out of arranging events, as I now have solution that can be showcased at future shows in a variety of formats.”
