Bucking the industry trend, The Bigger Printing Company has experienced considerable growth over the last 12 months, expanding its production capacity and capability, as well as the size of the Production Team.
In 2012, Bigger Printing invested in the Arizona 360XT, a market leading flatbed printer enabling finer detail prints, and 50% faster than previous flatbed printers. The 360XT also uses white ink which has also proved to be a big hit, providing a substantial range of creative options, resulting in very eye-catching displays.
This increase in production capacity and capability, enabled Bigger Printing to win several large contracts; including the production of the wide range of display graphics for SOHO Coffee’s extensive re-brand, and a two year contact to exclusively supply Leeds Metropolitan University with roll-up banners.
To keep up with increased production, Bigger Printing also expanded its Production Team by two members, with both Jeff and Mike joining the existing team as Production Technicians. Both Jeff and Mike (pictured above) bring unique skills and experience to the team and have been instrumental in several large projects.
The combination of a greater production capacity and capability as well as a larger Production Team, has enabled Bigger Printing to reduce turnaround times for many processes. When combined with existing knowledge and skills such as shape-cutting and roll-to-roll printing, there is very little that cannot be achieved by Bigger Printing’s team. As Bigger Printing expands further, it is expected that another Production Technician will be required in the New Year.
Sebastian Stanley, Director of Bigger Printing said "The last 12 months has seen a great change at Bigger Printing. In terms of what we can do, and how fast we can do it, we have never been stronger. Our equipment is so versatile, there is very little we can’t do. We have attracted some substantial new clients who are providing some wonderful projects to be involved with. It has certainly been a busy and rewarding 12 months, and the next 12 months looks very exciting indeed."
