The display boards outside Office Angels in Cheltenham
A supplier you can trust is everything to Sam Morley, Branch Manager for Cheltenham’s Office Angels. And it’s this principle that she applied when selecting a printer for some large format boards to show passers-by that the angels are still in business.
Sam comments: “We’d had scaffolding outside the Office Angels building since 2008 and it gave the impression that we were no longer trading. We needed some large, vibrant displays to reassure local businesses that we were still open. I knew The Bigger Printing Company from work they had done for several of our customers and therefore trusted them to do an excellent job.”
Office Angels initially requested a banner, to be hung at the front of the building and was delighted with the results. Unfortunately, just a week after the banner appeared, the council requested a change to the display to fit with legal requirements. But luckily for Office Angels, this proved to be no problem for Bigger Printing and they immediately set to work on replacement display boards.
Sam again: “The boards look absolutely fantastic and I’m so pleased that Bigger Printing were able to change the displays to suit our requirements. Their service is so personal, it makes you feel like you’re their only client! I would definitely recommend them.”
Like many businesses, Office Angels had to make some cutbacks during the recession, but hopes to step up marketing in the near future, for which Bigger Printing will be critical. Sam says: “We’ve always done a lot of flyer marketing, so I’m keen to get going again as soon as possible. Previous suppliers have been a bit slow on the uptake, but I know from our recent experience that Bigger Printing will deliver well within time and to a very high standard.”
